2013 AGM and Trip

The 2013 RCS Motor Club AGM will be on Wednesday 20th March in Jez’s Garage at 1pm.

If you wish to stand for election for any of the roles on the executive committee then you need to send your name to the returning officer for the election (Philip Kent) at jez@imperial.ac.uk by Wednesday 13th March, along with that of a names of a proposer and two seconders (who must be members of the club). Should you be unable to obtain such names please inform the Returning Officer and your right to stand shall be determined by the Club’s Executive Committee.

The job descriptions and details of how the election will be run are in the club constitution (https://union.ic.ac.uk/rcc/rcsmotor/wp-content/uploads/RCS-Motor-Club-Constitution-2012.pdf). Typically the vote is performed by a simple show of hands but this needs the agreement of those present at the AGM, otherwise the election will be held using AV. If you have any questions about the process or what the different jobs entail please ask a member of the committee or send us an email: jez@imperial.ac.uk

After the AGM we will be going on a trip to visit a local fire station (TBC).
