The Imperial College London Medical Education Society (MedED) is a society which encourages and facilitates peer-to-peer teaching and sharing of resources between students, with particular focus on the clinical years (years 3, 5 and 6).
We are here to supplement your learning and revision for exams during your time at medical school as we believe that everyone benefits most when we share our knowledge and resources throughout the medical school. We organise mock examinations, tutoring schemes, lecture series and small group teaching for all the clinical years, which are always in high demand.
Here at MedEd we are always keen to broaden our horizons, and have introduced a variety of clinical specialty career days and the new ‘teaching to teach’ event, which has since been adopted into the medical school curriculum – we’ll keep you updated throughout the year!
There are many opportunities in MedED to volunteer no matter which year you are in and we welcome all students to participate in our events as it is great exposure to clinical exams and how they run.
We look forward to seeing you at our events in the coming year!
