The success of our professional career is dependent on our negotiation skills as much as our technical skills but even our results outside of work depend a lot on negotiation. You will learn a step-by-step process to reach a win-win outcome even in the toughest of situations – a process that works even when the wins seem mutually exclusive and even when the other person isn’t a win-win player.
Simon Horton has been teaching negotiation skills for 15 years and is the author of “The Leader’s Guide to Negotiation” published by The Financial Times. Simon has worked with Morgan Sindall, Foster + Partners and Wates to name but a few and has also worked with the UK prison and police services. Furthermore, he teaches on the Imperial College MSc Course “Innovation Design Engineering”.
