icsf Poster Gallery

...posters from years gone by covered the walls and ceiling...

There have been some very talented artists in the society - here you can see some of their work. In earlier years, particularly, the regular icsf film showings provided plenty of events for them to display their skills.

The dominance of one member's work over a stretch of years is quite obvious in several cases. The posters also provide a glimpse of the evolution of the various icsf logos used over the years.

Of course, sometimes there wasn't a full-time resident artist. In such years, the committee often had to resort to pretty fonts and publicity photos...or on occasion, taking advantage of certain other societies' poster campaigns...
