The Imperial College Chess Club meets every Tuesday evening from 19.15h onwards, in the east wing of the Beit Quadrangle at Imperial College Union. We are typically in Meeting Rooms 4/5.
When you walk into the Beit Quadrangle, go to the middle of the clearing and look to your right. You will see a door and some stairs beyond heading down. This is the entrance to the East Wing. Swipe card access is typically required if arriving after 20.00 on weekdays but beforehand the doors should be open to all.
The closest tube stations are South Kensington and High Street Kensington (both approx. 10 minute walk). The official address is:

When you get to the Beit Quad, the entrance will look like this:
Please walk through the archway and into the main courtyard.
FOR LEAGUE CHESS AND CLUB NIGHTS (NOT TOURNAMENTS), please look io your right from the middle of the courtyard, and you should see a door leading down to the basement with a sign saying “East Wing” above it. Enter via this door.
FOR CONGRESSES AND TOURNAMENTS (Imperial College Chess Congress, London Team Rapidplay etc.), walk straight ahead into the main Union building and proceed up the stairs / lift to the first floor.
